Privacy Policy

Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and account role (buyer or dealer).

Dealer profile information: Dealers additionally provide business name, phone number, address, city, and country.

Listing information: Vehicle details, descriptions, prices, and images submitted by dealers.

Usage data: We track page views on listings to show dealers how many people viewed their cars. We do not sell this data.

Cookies: We use session cookies for authentication and a temporary session ID for guests who save favorites. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

• To display dealer profiles and listings on the Platform
• To allow buyers to contact dealers directly
• To send account-related emails (confirmation, password reset)
• To moderate listings and enforce our Terms and Conditions
• To use listing images for FajCars marketing (as described in our Terms)
• To improve the Platform based on usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

When a dealer creates a profile and listing, the following information is publicly visible on the Platform:

• Business name
• Phone number (shown on listing detail pages)
• City and country
• Vehicle listings and images

Buyers' personal information (email, name) is never publicly displayed.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a GDPR-compliant cloud database provider. We use industry-standard security practices including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS) on all pages
• Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables — users can only access their own data
• Secure authentication via Supabase Auth
• No storage of payment information (we do not process payments)

FajCars uses the following cookies:

• Authentication cookies: Set when you log in to keep your session active. These expire when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.
• Guest session cookie: A temporary anonymous ID set for visitors who save favorites without logging in. This contains no personal information.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics tracking cookies, or any third-party marketing cookies.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for your listing images to be used in our marketing

FajCars uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage. View their privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in method. If you sign in with Google, Google's privacy policy applies to that authentication process.
• Vercel — hosting provider. View their privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

FajCars is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of FajCars after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
